The fact that Wisconsin offers specializations was a huge factor. The class size was also a huge factor. The relationships UW has with CPG companies and the culture of the school.
Advice:
Have as many conversations with current students as you can prior to committing and come visit the school. One of the biggest determinants for me was all the amazing conversations I had with students. It felt like I was talking to friends I had known for years and when I visited campus, I felt so accepted by everyone immediately. It truly felt like home and I could easily envision myself here.
