Post-master’s career goal:
I hope to become an SCM Manager at Foxconn. After learning and understanding the management expertise in the U.S., I plan to return to Taiwan and contribute what I’ve learned to my country.

Why choose Wisconsin?
On a personal level, I felt that the vibe at the Wisconsin School of Business was the best fit for me among all the interviews I attended. Additionally, several practical reasons led me to choose UWM: UWM is renowned for its academic atmosphere. Being in such an environment with motivated peers can provide mutual encouragement and support even after graduation. The curriculum is robust and offers a diverse range of course options. The alumni network is valuable for employment opportunities and can assist with referrals to suitable positions after graduation. The living environment is straightforward, and the cost of living is affordable.

Advice:
I would put myself in their shoes and analyze the situation with them, sharing the reasons behind my own decision.

Fun fact:
In Taiwan, children from the central and southern regions are often thought to be very fluent in Taiwanese (a local language). However, because my family members didn’t speak it at home, my Taiwanese is quite ordinary. Nonetheless, I’m really good at singing Taiwanese songs! At my previous company, I was even called “the Little Cai Qiu-feng,” referring to the famous Taiwanese singer.
