James (Jim) D. Borris is Chief Executive Officer of Zilber Ltd. Mr. Borris is a trustee and board member of the company.
Zilber Ltd. acquires land for residential development throughout the country (primarily Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and Hawaii). Zilber’s residential products include single family; low, mid and high rise condominiums; and apartments. Zilber also acquires land and buildings for its commercial property development and management business (primarily industrial and office products).
Prior to joining Zilber Ltd., Mr. Borris worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. in both their Milwaukee, WI and Orange County, CA offices. As a commercial audit manager in Orange County, Mr. Borris focused on business development.
Mr. Borris received his BBA in 1980 from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater and a Wisconsin CPA license in 1983.
Mr. Borris is a board member of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois and the United Performing Arts Fund. Mr. Borris also serves on other for-profit and non-profit boards and committees.
