Matt has over 20 years of industry, strategic sourcing and supply chain management experience, most recently with global technology companies in hardware manufacturing and cloud infrastructure. He has deep domain expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement, having led global teams and spend management >$1B annually, while also managing c-suite executive relationships with supplier partners.
Matt has led multiple business critical initiatives focused on developing agile global supply strategies and risk mitigation plans, including implementing global geo-diversification efforts and developing semiconductor supply chain resiliency processes. Matt also has a passion for people development and continues to invest time in mentoring programs.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
