Michael Zelin is a Managing Director in the Washington, D.C. office of Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in debt placement and the financing of commercial assets across all product types. He joined C&W in 2019. Prior to C&W, Michael spent 12 years with Eastdil Secured, also in Washington. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Michael was with Jones Lang LaSalle for 4 years and worked in JLL’s San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Michael has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has participated in more than $50 billion in transactions.
Michael is the current WREAA Board President.
Michael holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Management.
