Todd Cegelski is Senior Vice President, Director- Commercial Real Estate, at Johnson Financial Group (JFG), a role he has held since 2017. He joined JFG in 2011, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for the Madison region’s commercial real estate team. Mr. Cegelski is responsible for leading the strategy for the Commercial Real Estate Group companywide including the Milwaukee, Madison and Minneapolis markets. Together with his team, he specializes in commercial investment properties with a focus on multi-family, office, retail and industrial/warehouse properties, providing construction loans, term loans and lines of credit. With total commitments in excess of $1.5 billion, the CRE Group has enjoyed consistent growth through some challenging times.
Prior to joining JFG, Mr. Cegelski was Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager at M&I Bank. He has nearly 40 years of experience in financial services.
Mr. Cegelski graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in finance and management and the Graduate School of Banking in addition to the American Bankers Association (ABA) Graduate School of Commercial Lending.
