Mr. Bradford is responsible for Metzler’s overall investment activities and is based at the firm’s office in Atlanta, Georgia. During his 20-year tenure with Metzler, the firm has completed USD 8 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Metzler, Mr. Bradford was Vice President-Acquisitions with Jamestown, Germany’s largest closed-end fund and an Acquisitions Officer with TMW Real Estate Advisors (since acquired by Prudential).
Mr. Bradford lived in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia, where he was involved in a variety of real estate and trading ventures. He also worked in the banking industry for Security Pacific National Bank in Los Angeles and for SG Warburg in London. Mr. Bradford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University, graduating magna cum laude. He is conversational in German and Russian, having lived in both countries for several years. He has been active with AFIRE on research committee and ULI as IOPC Silver council co-chair. Outside of real estate he is on the board of trustees of the Army War College Foundation and the Advisory Board of the USO of Georgia.
