Pamela is a doctoral student in the Department of Management and Human Resources. Prior to entering the PhD program, she received her BBA. in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and spent several years working in recruiting. Her research interests include diversity, identity, and well-being in the workplace.
