Yea Hee is a doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is interested in human resource management challenges that arise in organizations highly based on knowledge and/or creativity. In particular, Yea Hee explores how employee expertise and employee movements in and out of a firm’s various boundaries affect individual and unit performance by facilitating or impeding knowledge use. Further, Yea Hee examines what human resource practices are effective under these conditions. She mostly works with archival and field data.
