During his tenure\, the company has evolved from a local business to financial institution with banks in four geographical markets\, a bank consulting business and private wealth and retirement plan business. \n\n\n\nAs CEO\, Corey is responsible for overall company strategy development and execution internally\, and investor and community relations externally. During his 19-year tenure as CEO\, the company has experienced exceptional organic growth\, with compound annual growth rates in balance sheet assets of 9.7%\, in AUMA of 15.6%\, and in revenues of 11.0%. Consequently\, over that time the company’s stock has returned over 470% and market cap has increased sevenfold\, all while maintaining the company’s entrepreneurial spirit and unique culture.  \n\n\n\nPrior to his position as President and CEO\, Corey served in a series of progressive roles first at the bank and then at the holding company level\, including seven years as President and CEO of the bank\, and four years as EVP or President and COO of the holding company.
