DESCRIPTION:FREE Entrepreneurship Boot Camp:\n\n\n\nThe Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) Precollege Program provides promising high school students the opportunity to explore business majors\, explore their identities\, and participate in applied learning activities. \n\n\n\nThe WSB Precollege program is partnering with StartUp Learning Community this Fall to offer High School students a FREE\, innovative\, fun\, in person entrepreneurship workshop on Saturday\, November 2nd\, from 10 am – 3pm at Grainger Hall\, located at 975 University Ave.\, Madison\, Wisconsin\, 53706. \n\n\n\nParticipants will work in teams to explore all stages of entrepreneurship from product design to creating a marketing pitch! \n\n\n\nLunch will be provided.   *There is no cost for this activity. This event is FREE for participants.* \n\n\n\n\n\nApplicant Requirements: \n\n\n\n\nApplicants must… (1) Commit to participating in the entire program activity \n\n\n\n (2) Be a high school student (currently in grades 9th\, 10th\, 11th\, or 12th grade)  \n\n\n\n(3) Identify as ONE of the following: \n\n\n\n\na first-generation college student (the first person in the family to attend college) and/or\n\n\n\na low-income student (defined as someone who receives free or reduced lunch).\n\n\n\n\nWSB Precollege will prioritize enrolling students who identify as low income or first generation.
