Join Amy Fensch, Senior Manager at HP to discover the importance of delivering optimal customer experiences. Amy, with 19 years at HP, leads digital transformation efforts and has held various roles in sales, business development, and channel management. She launched HP’s Instant Ink and managed large retail accounts. Amy holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Arizona State University. She also serves on the Wisconsin School of Business Alumni board.
