One of the most valuable gifts an alum can give to a student is a one-on-one discussion about their career in real estate. Through the Graaskamp Center’s mentor program, nearly 100 alumni, ranging from recent graduates to high-level professionals, have been matched with real estate students (undergraduate, MS, and MBA).
Alumni often visit the classroom and share their experience through lectures, discussions, and case studies. Through field trips and site visits, alumni have also helped connect students take a deep dive into diverse urban real estate markets, tour cutting-edge development projects and make connections with industry professionals around the country.
Alumni can be a critical part of helping students transition from college to the business world by providing valuable inside tracks toward summer internship and career opportunities. Our students also benefit from your experience as an applicant or interviewer through résumé review, mock interviews, and informational interviews.
Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA)
WREAA is a non-profit organization of alumni and friends of the real estate program at the Wisconsin School of Business. WREAA serves as a link between its members and the School, current students, and the real estate industry.
