Dipika is the Regional Procurement Manager for the North America Consumer Health business at Bayer, where she oversees strategic sourcing initiatives, manages CDMO partner relationships, and directs approximately $100 million in spend for over-the-counter (OTC) products. In this role, she drives supplier performance and helps deliver high-quality consumer health solutions to the market.
Before joining Bayer, Dipika built a global career as a chemical engineer in the oil and gas industry, working across 14 countries with Honeywell and Shell. Her experience includes leading cross-functional teams, providing technical consulting for plant commissioning, and managing large-scale, complex projects for refineries.
She earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2023, specializing in supply chain management. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Dipika enjoys traveling, exploring new culinary experiences, and discovering local food gems
