Manuel Scavarda is a seasoned supply chain executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and spearheading transformational initiatives across various industries and global markets.

As Vice President of Supply Chain Planning at Kimberly-Clark North America, he leads the end-to-end planning organization —including Demand, Supply, and Materials Planning — and oversees the Network Synchronization strategy to ensure service excellence and supply chain efficiency.

Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2004, Manuel has held diverse leadership roles across multiple countries and regions, consistently advancing capabilities and driving supply chain integration. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, he worked in the Health Care sector in Latin America and later in the Metal Processing and Environmental Services industry in Europe.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from ITBA (Argentina), a Master of Science in Operations Management from Chalmers University (Sweden), and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (USA).

Based in Appleton, Wisconsin, Manuel lives with his wife and their two children. He serves as Executive Sponsor for the LAND Employee Resource Group at Kimberly-Clark and sits on the Advisory Council for the PRISM Center at Purdue University.
