Stakeholder Engagement

Students will learn the difference between the stakeholder and shareholder approaches to business decisions, the four categories of stakeholders, and how to engage all relevant stakeholders in decision-making and change processes.
This workshop falls under the Connection and Community value and counts towards the Leading for Change Badge.
