Jean brings deep expertise in executive and career coaching, drawing on experience in staffing, recruitment, higher‑ed enrollment, and career management. With over 15 years coaching teams, individual contributors, new managers, emerging leaders, and senior executives, she is passionate about helping professionals break through plateaus and advance their development, achievement, and long‑term career trajectory.

Brian has worked in higher education for over seven years in areas of multicultural education, career services, and student affairs administration. He believes in learning with his students and gaining an understanding of what skills they need to achieve their goals. Brian is steadfast in his belief of empowerment, strategic planning, professional development, and knowing one’s strengths and value.

Mara’s creative strategic approach to career management comes from her diverse range of experience in teaching, advertising, digital branding, and strategy and professional coaching. Most recently, she worked for a global outplacement and career transitioning firm as an outplacement strategy coach and a LinkedIn social media subject matter expert.
