Eric Steege is an energetic product leader with over a decade of hands-on experience leading large-scale innovation-focused product teams within highly regulated financial services and healthcare companies. He is energized when he can combine leading-edge cloud technology with modern product management and human-centered design tactics to create products customers love that drive organic revenue growth.
In 2024 he co-founded and became CEO of Olli Health a leading AI-powered home health coding and OASIS/Plan of Care quality review solution with better accuracy and faster turnaround times at half the cost of legacy solutions.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur Eric was a Senior Product Manager on the Amazon Alexa Aging team. In this role, he owned engagement and retention outcomes for Alexa Together by building delightful experiences for older adults and their caregivers. (Alexa Together was a new paid subscription service that provided support for your aging loved ones, keeping you together even when you’re apart).
When not working, Eric enjoys coaching his daughter and son’s soccer teams, fly fishing the driftless, and cooking his wife a “fancy” dinner.
