Stephanie Lenzner has over 20 years of experience in healthcare transformation, data and analytics strategy and execution, quality and patient safety, population health, information management and electronic health record deployment, clinically integrated networks and business development.
Stephanie currently serves as SVP and Chief Value Intelligence Officer at Novant Health in North Carolina. Novant Health is an integrated network of more than 850 locations, including 19 hospitals, more than 700 physician clinics and urgent care centers, outpatient facilities, and imaging and pharmacy services.
Stephanie Lenzner previously served as VP of Digital, Data & AI for Baptist Health South Florida and Chair, Digital, Data & AI Value at Mayo Clinic. Prior to that she held other roles in the healthcare industry such as Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin, Vice President of Clinical Integration at Integrated Health Network and Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, and holds a Master of Science in Health Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
