Erin Schmidt currently serves as Director of Commercial Analytics at Molson Coors Beverage Company and is a seasoned professional in the field of analytics and financial planning. Having worked in the beverage industry for the last decade, recent roles at Molson Coors have included Director of Business Analytics and Sr. Manager of FP&A where she has held responsibility for the Americas Region. Prior to her expanded geographical focus, Erin spent almost seven years in roles of increasing responsibility in revenue management and business analytics within the Molson Coors U.S. business.
From her early days as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Miller Brewing Company – to a Pricing Execution Lead at MillerCoors – to her current role at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Erin has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and maximizing revenue opportunities across diverse business units.
From 2010 – 2013, Erin served as Manager of FP&A at Fiserv, where she managed the financial operations for the corporate functions. In this role, she oversaw budgeting processes, provided strategic analysis to key stakeholders, and played a crucial role in communicating financial performance to Wall Street during quarterly earnings calls. Erin’s leadership and analytical prowess were instrumental in driving increased shareholder value and optimizing investment spend across the organization.
Never one to shy away from new opportunities, Erin joined the American Women’s Association of Hong Kong as President in 2008, following an overseas move that took her husband on an international assignment. In this capacity, she managed the entire organization, overseeing its charitable endeavors and spearheading initiatives to enhance membership engagement and community outreach. Under her leadership, the association experienced significant growth, launching innovative programs and raising substantial funds for local charities during challenging economic times.
