Harrison Street/Capital One Private Equity Internal Case Competition

Harrison Street and Capital One are sponsoring the Real Estate Private Equity’s second annual case competition. 60 students on 15 teams are participating this year, with $11,000 in prize money to the winning teams.

Thursday, November 7th

1:00-3:30 pm	Preliminary juding in team of three judges in Learning Center Rooms 3210A, 3210B, and 3210C Each team has a 30 minute presentation and Q&A – Presentation: 15 minutes – Q&A from judges: 10 minutes – Judge note-taking and prep for next case: 5 minutes
3:30-4:00 pm	Judges make recommendations to the Final Round
4:00-5:30 pm	Harrison Street presentation to the Real Estate Private Equity Class, Grainger 2335
7:00-8:30 pm	Reception and Announcement of Finalists, heavy appetizers and beverages at the Fluno Center, 8th floor Skyview Room

Friday, November 8th

9:00-11:00 am	Final Round Presentation, Executive Dining Room, 1266 Grainger Hall
11:00-12:30 pm	Lunch and announcement of winners
