Most recently, Kate was a Product Manager at Capital One, where she owned two customer-facing products within the Payments organization. She partnered closely with Engineering, Business Analytics, Legal, Data Analytics, and Design to deliver new features and product enhancements for the credit card experience and digital notifications. In 2025, she also began career coaching through Leland helping individuals land offers in management consulting and product management.
Before transitioning into product, Kate spent a few years in consulting at Accenture, with project experiences spanning luxury and department retail, food & beverage, and supply chain strategy. Prior to this, she briefly worked in supply chain for a cannabis beverage startup based in Los Angeles, supporting inventory management and sourcing operations.
Kate graduated from UW-Madison in 2020, with a degree in Operations and Technology Management, Marketing, and a certificate in Supply Chain Management. She’s based in Denver, Colorado and spends her free time doing photography, skiing, hiking, Solidcore, baking chocolate chip banana bread, and rating restaurants on Beli.
