Mallory Ballard is currently a Senior Program Manager-Sustainable Procurement for Kohler Co. where she leads strategic initiatives to drive sustainability within sourcing and the supply base. Mallory is responsible for managing the supplier sustainability and responsible sourcing programs as well supporting customer sustainability requests.

Previously, Mallory held various roles in program and project management, where she developed a strong foundation in process improvement, change management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Her career includes experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments, as well as a stint as an environmental toxicologist. 

Mallory earned her MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2017 where she specialized in Supply Chain Management. Her undergraduate degree is also from UW Madison, in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation biology.  Mallory is grateful that her job allows for remote work which allows her to live in Madison with her husband and 3 kids.  Outside of work, she enjoys propagating plants, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
