Jon is a Partner at Bain & Company and has been at the firm for over 10 years, spending his time serving clients in the retail sector partnering with executives across a range of strategic topics. He has recently worked with leading companies in the grocery, mass, warehouse club, convenience, and specialty retail sectors. Over the past couple of years, Jon played a pivotal role in the development of Bain’s AI Retail Merchant Assistant and has delivered this solution to several clients. A proud Badger (BBA, 2008) as well as a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (MBA, 2015), Jon began his career at General Mills in various finance roles.
