Epic Advisory LLC

Brandy Corcoran Carlson is a Partner at Epic Advisory LLC, where she advises real estate investment managers on scaling their platforms and aligning strategic growth objectives with the priorities of institutional investors. She brings over two decades of experience in financial services, banking, and commercial real estate—combining operational insight with a deep understanding of investor dynamics across private markets.

At Epic, Brandy serves as a strategic partner to talented investment teams helping to institutionalize their platforms, refine capital-raising strategies, and develop enduring relationships with family offices, wealth managers and pension funds. Her career spans leadership roles at early-stage and growth-oriented firms where she built capital-sourcing, distribution, and investor relations programs from the ground up—driving AUM growth, expanding brand recognition, and establishing trusted investor and client relationships.

Previously, as Managing Director at RailField Realty Partners, Brandy led capital raising, investor relations, and marketing for a multifamily investment platform during a period of significant expansion. At Seventy2 Capital, a $10B wealth management firm, she worked alongside the founders to help scale the platform and design and implement the firm’s “go to market” approach. Her earlier career includes positions at KPMG, NHP, Lazard, and a Washington, D.C.–based real estate brokerage firm.

Brandy holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from American University, where she was a Presidential Scholar. She serves on the Boards of the MicroLoan Foundation USA and the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board (HAREB), and is a Trustee and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee of the Connelly School of the Holy Child.  She holds a Series 7 and 63 license.
