Epic Advisory serves as a strategic capital partner for investment managers, raising capital while also preparing them for lasting institutional relationships. Ms. West began her career on the principal side with the State of Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, co-managing its real estate portfolio. That fiduciary foundation has shaped her investor-centric approach throughout her career.
Over the past two decades, Ms. West has been a senior member of management teams responsible for raising approximately $5.0 billion of equity capital from institutional investors. She has built and grown platforms at the intersection of capital and opportunity, advising investment managers through multiple market cycles and positioning them to meet evolving institutional standards. Previously, she co-founded Park Madison Partners, a New York–based real estate advisory and placement firm, and was involved in the formation of Belay Investment Group, a platform investing on behalf of CalSTRS alongside emerging managers she helped source and mentor.
She is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX), Women in Real Estate (W.I.R.E.), and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), where she serves as an inaugural member of PREA’s Social Impact Committee. She has mentored with WX and The Robert Toigo Foundation and was named one of Real Estate Forum magazine’s “Women of Influence” in 2012. Ms. West received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and holds, or has held, FINRA licenses including the Series 7, 24, and 63.
