Nuha Khatri

Nuha is a sophomore from Madison, WI majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with certificates in International Business and Architecture. Professionally, she has interned with X-Caliber, a national commercial real estate lending firm alongside advancing her degree specific course work. On campus, she has a wealth of experience competing in case competitions through the Wisconsin School of Business, serves as Trip Director for Women in Real Estate (WIRE), is an active member of Women in Business (WIB) and was a cadet in the Air Force ROTC program for the 2025-2026 academic year. In her free time, she enjoys going for runs on the lakeshore path, paddleboarding, trying fun food spots on campus and traveling. Nuha can’t wait to meet prospective Business Badgers and their families and share just what makes the Wisconsin School of Business so special!
