Anya Makarova is a Senior Specialist in Business Operations at Analog Devices, where she supports the company’s Automotive business. She manages business operations for two business units representing more than $900 million in annual revenue, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to develop short and long-term revenue forecasts. She also works closely with manufacturing to align capacity and supply chain requirements with business needs.
A proud Double Badger, Anya earned her BBA from the Wisconsin School of Human Ecology in 2021, majoring in Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies and Asian Languages & Cultures. She returned to the Wisconsin School of Business to earn her MS in Supply Chain Management and graduated in 2023.
Anya lives in Boston, MA, and enjoys playing tennis, skiing, traveling to new cities, and spending time with friends and family. She also serves on the board of NetWorthy, a community-based nonprofit focused on building connection and community among women in tennis.
