I chose the Wisconsin School of Business because of its strong reputation in the real estate world and its extensive alumni network, particularly in Chicago. The MS in Real Estate program was a great fit for me because I wanted to build on my finance and investment banking background while developing the real estate-specific skills needed to pursue a career in acquisitions and development.
Advice:
The Wisconsin MSRE program offers a great combination of academics, industry exposure, and networking, all of which are essential for a career in real estate. I’d encourage prospective students to identify a program that provides opportunities to build relationships with industry professionals and gain as much hands-on experience as possible.
