Grant Hoffman is HP’s SVP, Global Head of Operations and Portfolio for the HP Solutions business line. He leads Operations, Portfolio, Renew Solutions, and Digital Transformation for the HP Solutions Organization as well as Customer Experience (CX) Impact and Payment Solutions across total HP. This encompasses Services, Solutions, Poly, HP Peripherals, Retail Point of Sale, and Advanced Compute Systems.
Prior to his most recent position with HP he was SVP and GM of HP Renew where he was responsible for HP’s revitalize business helping to deliver more sustainable product offerings.
Grant is a 25-year veteran of supply chain and product management with experience in consumer electronics, automotive, and consumer packaged goods. Before being acquired by HP he was Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Officer for Poly which was acquired by HP Inc. in 2022.
Prior to joining HP Inc., Grant held positions of increasing responsibility at Poly, Lenovo, Motorola, Google, Continental Automotive Group and Del Monte Foods. Grant holds an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Grant serves on the Board of Advisors at the Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF), and as an advisor to both the University of Wisconsin Erdman Center for Operations Management and Northern Illinois University’s Operations Management department.
