Dan joined Continental Properties in 1996 as its Chief Operating Officer and became the company’s President in 2001. He spearheads the efforts of all departments within the organization in successfully executing Continental’s short- and long-term strategic plans. Prior to joining Continental, he was an attorney and shareholder with the Milwaukee law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, S.C., and served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Dan is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Board of Advisors for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Real Estate. Dan serves on the Boards of Aurora Health Care and Milwaukee World Festivals. Dan earned a B.B.A degree in Real Estate from University of Wisconsin Madison, holds a JD degree from Marquette University Law School and a LLM degree in Taxation from New York University Law School.
