Aaron Holt is a Senior Finance Executive with 20+ years of international business, finance and management experience, all with leading Consumer Goods Companies.
After receiving an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Aaron obtained a position with SC Johnson as a Financial Project Supervisor-US Customer Service and Logistics. Arron’s expertise and financial leadership launched a successful 17-year career with SC Johnson, an American multinational privately held manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals. Aaron was the VP of FP&A-Global Product Supply, Technology & Business Services, where he led a team of 110 full-time employees globally and was responsible for the optimization of ~$4B of raw & packaging material, 3rd party and in-house manufacturing, freight distribution and technology spend globally and over $1B of working capital.
Aaron has had a role as CFO with Campbell Fresh, a division of Campbell Soup Company that makes a range of packaged fresh foods and Feld Entertainment located in Florida. Feld Entertainment is a worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment such as Sesame Street Live, Disney on Ice, Jurassic World Live Tour and more. Currently Aaron is the Vice President-Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Hoffmaster Group, Inc.
Aaron is an extremely active Board Member who has a passion for the MBA Finance specialization and its students. Year-after-year, he and a team from SC Johnson (many who are alumni to the MBA program) give their time and energy to visit campus, speak with our students and hold recruiting events.
