Allison is currently a strategic planning associate on the network design team at Medtronic. The network design team follows established guiding principles and metrics on core competency, cost, capacity, supply chain, distribution, footprint, sterilization, government affairs, and more to provide a north star strategy for optimization across the entire Medtronic network. Allison works on various projects such as new product introductions, transfers, and make vs. buy decisions with cross-functional teams to determine the best direction for Medtronic overall.
Allison graduated from UW Madison in 2023 with a BBA in Supply Chain Management and Operations Technology Management and a certificate in German. She lives with her husband Matt in Oregon, WI. In her free time she enjoys attending Wisconsin sporting events, baking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
