Mr. Vishnubhakta has over ten years of experience in Corporate Finance with a focus on Credit Investing, Restructuring and Debt Capital Advisory, and is currently the Head of Middle Market Credit at American Equity. He recently moved to this new position after serving six years as Managing Principal with Allstate. Ashok has also served as a Vice President at GE Capital, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and structuring credit investments. Previously he spent seven years with Macquarie Bank where he was responsible for credit and structured equity investments in a variety of industries including renewable energy, business services and food & beverage. Mr. Vishnubhakta has also worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital and at predecessor companies Giuliani Capital Advisors and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
Mr. Vishnubhakta received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Finance & Investment Banking degree from INSEAD, in France.
