Blake leads the Advanced Marketing Capabilities organization within Kimberly-Clark’s North America business, with a core focus on driving its digital transformation ambition of achieving Personalized, Cross-Channel Journey Management with its consumers.
Blake has been with Kimberly-Clark for over 15 years. Prior to leading the Advanced Marketing Capabilities organization, Blake served in Sector Leadership & General Management roles across the Baby & Child Care and Adult Care businesses. Before that, Blake held various brand management roles across the Adult & Feminine Care sector, as well as shopper marketing leadership roles at Walmart & Sam’s Club, and across the Drug & Dollar channels.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Blake has a passion for the outdoors. In addition to owning a pine tree farm in East Texas, Blake fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning a Wisconsin farm by launching Triple F Farms in early 2020 – an organic farming project in the driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. Faith, Family and Friends are the core values of what Triple F Farms represents. Blake is married to his wife of 17 years, Keisha, and has two young children, Sloane (7) and Jackson (5).
