Ms. Durham is principal and Vice President of Capital Valuation Group, Inc. She works with business owners and their advisers to establish the value of business interests for purposes of purchase or sale, divorce, litigation support, estate planning and estate tax. In addition, she works on litigation cases involving breach of contracts, intellectual property infringement and stockholder disputes. Ms. Durham is experienced in testifying as an expert witness in both state and federal courts. Her professional experience comes from more than fourteen years of valuing businesses, owning and selling two businesses, and serving on the board of directors of a number of businesses and community organizations.
Ms. Durham obtained her BA degree cum laude from Washington State University and her MBA degree summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Durham has been awarded the “Accredited Senior Appraiser” (ASA) designation by the American Society of Appraisers.
