Dan Kaiser joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1992. He was promoted to senior vice president of product innovation and development in September 2015. In his current role, he leads a new business division established to innovate and launch an entirely new consumer product line and business model.
Kaiser’s experience includes roles as a senior executive, P/L leader of $850M+ business, adjunct professor, charity founder, and Wisconsin licensed attorney. His roles in CUNA Mutual Group include leading a major business division, strategy development, product management, sales management, marketing, legal and project management.
He has also been a frequent speaker at national events, author of articles in both business and legal journals, a director on multiple boards, an active community volunteer, and is the “Chief Farmer” of a Wisconsin-based organic farming charitable organization. Kaiser has earned three degrees with honors (JD, M.S. and BBA) and several professional certifications. He is married, has three daughters and is active in fitness and the great outdoors.
