David S. Gevers is Executive Vice President and Director of Development with E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing all development, financing, and construction of new investment opportunities as well as repositioning existing investments and portfolio asset management. His work includes retail, market rate & affordable multi-family, and senior housing. Mr. Gevers received an MBA in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business at UW Madison in 2006. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Architecture degree cum laude from the University of Southern California and worked in both Los Angeles and New York City in design and construction management. Mr. Gevers is on the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate Board of Advisors, and a board member of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin. Mr. Gevers is a lecturer in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin Madison. He loves traveling, paddle boarding, and watching his boys play soccer. He lives in Madison, WI, with his wife and two sons.
