Emma Lucas is a Chicago-based operations leader with experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing systems, and production operations. She is currently a Senior Program Manager at Kraft Heinz, responsible for partnering with operations, engineering, and finance leaders to execute capital projects supporting manufacturing operations.

Previously, Emma held operations transformation roles at Kohler Company, where she led cost-focused improvement work, supported end-to-end process reviews, helped build leadership capability, and contributed to operational change tied to major manufacturing investments. She also served as an interim people leader, supporting production performance while overseeing a large frontline team.

Emma earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She currently lives in Chicago with her partner, Andrew, where they enjoy exploring the city’s various neighborhoods and restaurants in their free time.
