Jenny Kray brings over 25 years of experience leading efficient and effective global finance and operational teams for high-growth, acquisitive technology companies. Her expertise spans across small to large enterprise software, SaaS and services companies, both publicly traded and private equity owned.

Currently serving as the CFO at Ashling Partners, a PE-backed leader in global hyper-automation in North America, Jenny oversees the global Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Risk Management operations that she built out when she joined.  So far, Jenny has played a critical role in completing and integrating 4 acquisitions – two in the US, one in Romania and one in India as well as assisting with starting a legal entity in Australia. 

Prior to her current role, Jenny served as the CFO at Calabrio, Inc., a PE-Backed SaaS company providing integrated solutions for global contact centers. She actively participated in M&A transactions, successfully leading due diligence and integration efforts for two international companies.

Before Calabrio, Jenny held the position of VP-Finance, Corporate Controller at SPS Commerce, a publicly traded SaaS company specializing in cloud-based supply chain management solutions. In this capacity, she led the global accounting, audit and tax teams, played a crucial role in M&A, implemented several process and reporting improvements, developed the company’s global treasury function and was responsible for all SEC reporting.

Besides working for various other technology companies, Jenny started her career in audit at KPMG-Minneapolis concentrating on manufacturing, retail and distribution clients. Jenny earned her BBA in Accounting with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a specialization in Spanish while studying at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.

In addition to her role at Ashling Partners, she is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Western National Insurance and currently serves on the Nicholas Center Advisory Board at the Wisconsin School of Business. Jenny resides with her family in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They enjoy going to the cabin, snowmobiling and boating.
