Julian Lopez is AVP of Member & Market Insights at USAA, he leads a team responsible for understanding the connections between our members and the market. His teams work to enable customer centered decisions and enhanced experiences through the delivery of research and insights.
Julian joined USAA from Rackspace where he held leadership roles in operations, strategy, and business development. Most recently he was responsible for the revenue, service delivery and end to end management of the company’s enterprise accounts segment. Under his leadership, Rackspace became one of the industry’s premier practitioners of Customer Experience Management. In 2015 he developed the NPS Masters Program, a work shop that focused on teaching companies of all sizes to maximize their own customer experience efforts. Participants included enterprises from 4 continents and multiple members of the Fortune 500.
Julian holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA from St. Mary’s University.
