Julie Purser is the Managing Vice President, Customer Group Strategy at Marriott International, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In her role, she leads enterprise-wide customer strategy and is focused on creating exceptional guest experiences that drive lifelong loyalty and in turn deliver value to Marriott’s business, franchisees and owners. Julie has previously held leadership roles at Marriott in Digital Products, Loyalty, Marketing, Partnerships and Credit Cards in the US and Asia Pacific. Prior to Marriott, Julie was a partner at the global strategy consultancy, Prophet. She is currently based in Potomac, Maryland with her husband and two children. An animal lover and avid tennis player she loves to spend her time outdoors and traveling when she’s not at work!
