Kristin Hilbert is Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Harley-Davidson, one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands. Since 1903, Harley-Davidson has defined motorcycle culture through its portfolio of distinctive and customizable motorcycles, riding experiences, parts and accessories, riding gear, and apparel. In her role, Kristin leads the company’s global supply chain organization and is responsible for direct materials and logistics spend. Her organization oversees sourcing and supplier management, supply chain operations, logistics and trade, new product introduction supply, sales and operations planning, and supplier risk and resilience.
Kristin has more than 20 years of supply chain and logistics leadership experience across manufacturing and transportation industries. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions at Harley-Davidson, Stryker, and Schneider, where she led global teams and drove initiatives focused on supply chain transformation, operational excellence, strategic sourcing, and risk management. She is passionate about talent development and building the next generation of supply chain leaders. Kristin also serves as an executive sponsor of Harley-Davidson’s Co-Op Program.
Kristin earned an MBA from Western Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Carthage College. She began her career in transportation and logistics and has built a career leading increasingly broader supply chain organizations with responsibility spanning sourcing, planning, logistics, new product introduction, and supply chain strategy.
