Mark Irgens

Mark Irgens is CEO/Manager of Irgens Partners, LLC (“Irgens”). Irgens is a developer, investor
and operator of commercial office, mixed-use, healthcare and manufacturing properties. Mark
leads the Irgens organization in four distinct markets: Milwaukee, Chicago, Phoenix and medical
office-healthcare development. He brings his 40 years of experience to clients and team members
to ensure successful conception, implementation, completion and operation of projects. Mark has
been directly responsible for many real estate development projects.

He is a member of The Counselors of Real Estate as well as the President’s Council of The Real
Estate Roundtable and has earned recognition in the Midwest Real Estate News magazine Hall
of Fame, Real Estate Forum magazine as a Midwest Real Estate Icon and the Wisconsin Builder
Developer of the Year Award. He is a cofounder and past president of NAIOP-Wisconsin Chapter
and a member of Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and Urban Land Institute.
Mark is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha
County. He also is a board member of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison, the US Bank Advisory Board in Wisconsin and the Three
Harbors Council, Boy Scouts of America.
