Patrick Hammes is a principal and investment committee member of Hammes Partners, a healthcare private equity firm. Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Patrick was a member of the Business Services and Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Robert W. Baird & Co. While at Baird, he participated in numerous financial advisory services transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, private placements, and fairness opinions. He began his career as an attorney at Strasburger & Price, a full-service law firm in Dallas, Texas.
Patrick serves on the board of directors for the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was the recipient of the Wisconsin Distinguished Graduate Fellowship while obtaining his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Patrick earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, during which time he clerked in the General Counsel’s office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
