Paul Shain is President and Chief Executive Officer of Singlewire Software, a leading provider of emergency and mass notification software to over 7,000 customers. He has led the company since its founding in 2009, and during this time, Singlewire has built strong industry partnerships with both Microsoft and Cisco Systems to help sell and distribute their product globally.
Paul is a seasoned technology industry executive who previously was Senior Vice President and Executive Committee Member at CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government, and education. Paul also served as CEO of Madison-based Berbee Information Networks Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, acquired in October 2006. Prior to joining Berbee, Paul was Managing Director and Director of Research for Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc., a regional investment banking firm.
Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance. Paul also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Paul currently serves on the board of directors for Singlewire Software, Fiduciary Management Inc., American Family Insurance Company, the University of Wisconsin Foundation, and the University of Wisconsin Research Park.
