Pete Sayles is the Associate Director of Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Procter & Gamble. P&G is a leading consumer products company whose brands serve 4.6 billion consumers around the world, with operations in approximately 75 countries. The company has 20 category-leading brands with >$1 billion in global sales, including Tide®, Gillette®, Pampers®, Crest®, Pantene®, Always®, Bounty®, Charmin®, and Dawn®.
Pete has been in Corporate Strategy since April 2013 and has been a member of the Finance organization at P&G for 19 years. He has held several other Finance positions of increasing responsibility at the company across several divisions, including international roles in the company’s European headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and multiple positions involving acquisitions. Prior to joining P&G, Pete worked in the audit division at Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Iowa.
Pete has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drake University.
