Rachael Flora is a Sourcing Manager for Ingredients at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where she leads strategic sourcing initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, she develops category strategies, manages supplier relationships, negotiates commercial agreements, and partners cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity, drive value creation, and support growth across a portfolio of iconic bakery brands, including Sara Lee, Thomas’, and Little Bites.
Rachael began her procurement career at Nestlé on the Dairy Commodities team, where she developed a strong foundation in commodity markets and global supplier management. Since then, she has built broad procurement experience leading complex sourcing strategies and transformation initiatives across the food industry.
Rachael graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2020 with degrees in Operations & Technology Management and Marketing, along with a Certificate in Supply Chain Management.
Rachael currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband, Zack, and their dog, Kip. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
