Raphael Dawson is a Senior Principal on the Asset Management team at Walton Street Capital. He is responsible for equity development and debt assets in India, as well as the resiliency assessments and recovery planning for investments with hurricane, earthquake, and/or flood risks. Mr. Dawson also leads the technical and consultant coordination for the expansion of Walton Street’s ESG initiatives across the Debt and equity platforms.
Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Dawson was a Vice President of Development at PGIM Real Estate where he managed joint ventures with foreign and domestic partners for mixed-use urban development and redevelopment projects.
Mr. Dawson received a BS in Urban Planning and an MS in Real Estate Appraisal Theory and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Dawson is an Advisory Board member for the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, the UW Global Real Estate Masters, the Cabrini Capital Committee, and he is a Board Member of Chicago Youth Programs, Inc.
