Rob Kaderavek joined Baird’s Global Technology and Services Group in 2014. As a member of the Technology & Services team, he provides analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisition and other financial advisory services. Over the last seven years, Rob has progressed through the Associate and VP ranks, Chaired the Global Investment Banking Operations Committee and provided clients with great outcomes on 20+ transactions.
Prior to Baird, Rob served 21 years in the United States Army as an Armor officer. His Army experiences include: graduating Airborne, Air Assault and Ranger Schools; deploying to Iraq and earning the Bronze Star Medal; serving as Associate Professor of Economics at West Point and serving as the Professor of Military Science at Marquette University. Rob retired from active service after leading thousands of soldiers and their families and being promoted to the rank of Colonel (O-6). Rob received his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and earned his B.S. in Mathematical Economics with high honors from the United States Military Academy (West Point) where he was awarded the 1930 Award for Excellence in Economics.
